YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Kalimah Jenkins

Kalimah Jenkins (KJ) currently teaches the GA pre-license course and has helped hundreds of students become licensed agents.

Many of her students are top agents in their respective firms and four of her students have become licensed agents within 22 days of meeting her.

Her students understand that she will stay late and arrive early if they are willing to do the same. It is a shared effort, a team, consisting of KJ and her student.

As long as the student is willing to learn, KJ is always willing to teach.

Gregory Kane
Greg has had a diverse and successful career spanning more than 40 years, with experience ranging from sales to executive-level sales management in various direct-to-
consumer companies. He has also owned and actively operated several nationally known
franchises.

Early in his career, Greg discovered his talent in sales, his management skills along with his
strong desire to always be teaching. He created and implemented successful sales training programs, onboarded key employees and built a strong sales and management team, tripling sales volume in four years and growing the sales team to over 70 productive employees.

After retiring early and finding it unfulfilling, Greg sought a new challenge and entered the real estate industry becoming a REALTOR© in 2012 then earning a broker’s license in early 2016. In late 2016, he obtained his GREC teaching license and began his real estate teaching career in January of the following year.

Greg has combined his extensive business experience, math and a passion for teaching to deliver engaging and informative classroom experiences for both continuing education (CE) and pre- license courses.
