Applying Prelicensing Materials to Commerical Real Estate

This course introduces the practice of commercial real estate and how it can be applied to the subject matter demonstrated in the prelicensing course. It identifies specific commercial information that will prepare students for school and national exams. Additionally the course provides participants with examples of real estate terms, concepts and situations that can be applied to a successful commercial real estate career. Participants will be presented case studies that introduce them to commercial real estate.
